Seeking “PEOPLE” people!  Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill a 2nd Shift Staffing Specialist position on our internal team.  This full-time position is based in our Nashville, IL office.  As a Staffing Specialist for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates with our valued customer!

This position is exclusively tailored for our internal team and does not involve placement with our partners. Being part of our internal team places you at the core of delivering top-notch services. Your role here is crucial in ensuring that our clients and flexible-to-hire employees receive nothing short of outstanding, five-star service. Responsibilities:
*Interview by phone screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
*Recruit, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
*Communicate with clients and employees via phone, email and in person.
*Data entry into our system.
*Process hiring paperwork for all new employees placed on assignment.
*Process Workman’s Compensation paperwork and perform investigations.
*Able to do floor walks/tours in a manufacturing environment

Requirements:
*Customer service experience.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
*Professional appearance and demeanor.
*Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
*Must have excellent communication skills.
*Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
*Able to work Monday-Thursday, 2pm – 11pm and Friday, 1pm-10pm with overtime as needed.
