Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of 3rd Shift Assistant Onsite Manager on our INTERNAL TEAM. This full-time position is based in our Nashville, IL office. As an Assistant Manager for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!

This position is exclusively tailored for our internal team and does not involve placement with our partners. Being part of our internal team places you at the core of delivering top-notch services. Responsibilities:

  • Embark on a collaborative journey with our clients, exploring their staffing needs like detectives on a thrilling case.
  • Be the bridge between our clients and candidates, creating a harmonious symphony of communication and understanding.
  • Dive into a sea of resumes and applications, uncovering the shining stars that perfectly match our clients' needs.
  • Embark on an adventure of discovery, administering engaging assessments to unveil the unique talents and strengths of our candidates.
  • Play a crucial role in the welcoming committee for new hires, ensuring their smooth transition with paperwork that feels more like passport stamps for their exciting journey ahead.
  • Be the guardian of fairness and equity, ensuring that our recruitment practices are not just legal but also reflect our values of inclusivity and respect.
  • Curate a treasure trove of candidate profiles, where each entry is a testament to the diverse talents and potential within our reach.
  • Uphold the sacred trust of privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that our candidates' information is safeguarded with the utmost care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
  • Able to multi-task and detail oriented.
  • Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 7 am.
  • Experience in management role preferred but not required.
  • Experience working on 3rd shift preferred but not required.
